USPS priority mail and Fedex.
What if I want to expedite my shipping?
At the moment we don’t offer expedited shipping on our website. However, if you’d like to expedite your order you can send us an email and we can try to make it happen!
Do you ship internationally?
All international orders are shipped via USPS International and Fedex International. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. stones, glass, + bones is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods.
Does stones, glass, + bones have a return or refund policy?
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order please contact us and we will make it right.
We know it is sometimes difficult to purchase jewelry on the web. So we offer a two-week unconditional return guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days for a full refund.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
After your order has been shipped, we cannot modify the contents of the order.
If you intend to purchase additional items, your best option is to place a new order.
If you intend to change the shipping location on your order, this is extremely difficult after it has left our hands.
