If the stringing wire, leather, or threads of your Stones Glass Bones product fails at any time due to regular use, I will repair or replace it.

You will need to return the item to my workshop at your cost. Within 30 days I will repair or replace and return to you via standard shipping within the continental US free of charge.

Please contact me to return your item for repair. I will send you an authorization code before you return the product.

I guarantee that my jewelry is made to withstand a lifetime of normal wear and tear for the use they were intended. The Stones Glass Bones Lifetime Guarantee does not cover repair or replacement due to out-of-the-ordinary use, accidents, or intentional modification by the customer.

The materials used may be one-of-a-kind and irreplaceable. If, because of normal wear, a bead or component should break and you want it replaced and restrung, I will do my best to match what was there using the best available piece or parts. A restringing fee will apply.

• Broken or lost gemstones due to carelessness or accident.

• Distortion or damage from active lifestyle, specific activities, or accident - manual tasks including moving heavy loads, impacts or collisions, etc.

• Loss of theft.
