Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you have 10 days after receipt to ask for a refund. Your refund will be credited by the same means of payment as when you made the purchase.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account because of different delays of treatment from various financial institutions. Online orders can be returned for a store credit in the form of a gift card OR exchanged for another size/item OR refunded.
How do I return my order?
You have 15 days after receipt to return a package.
Transportation and delivery fees are at your expense.
Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition (unworn & undamaged) and in their original packaging.
Please email me at dorothy@stonesglassbones.com for all returns and exchanges to receive authorization, with the subject of your e-mail as RETURN AND EXCHANGE with your order number.

Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order you have not received yet, please email us at dorothy@stonesglassbones.com, with the subject of your email as CANCEL with your order number.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately with your order number and details. After your order has been shipped, I cannot modify the contents of the order.
If you intend to purchase additional items, your best option is to place a new order.
Final sales + custom jewelry
Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a given day are shipped within 1 to 3 business days, except for those received on Friday, which are shipped the following Monday. Exceptionally, an order may take more time before it can be shipped; in such a case, our shipping confirmation email will also take longer for you to receive. Should the delay happen, I will contact you to let you know.
Shipping services
Stones Glass Bones ships via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment.
All shipments are fully insured to ensure that your items arrive safely.
International shipping
All international orders are shipped via USPS International and Fedex International. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Stones Glass Bones is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods.
Shipping charges
Insured shipping is FREE for packages sent to addresses within the United States. For packages shipped to the rest of the world, charges are defined by the shipping partners.
Can you re-route my shipment?
Updating a shipment’s recipient or final destination is extremely difficult after it has shipped. Contact me immediately with your order details and I will do my best to assist you.
Pricing Policy
Promotional offers can not be applied to purchases made before or after promotional offers.
Jewelry or other items cannot be pre-ordered before a promotional offer.
Stones Glass Bones reserves the right, at any time, to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.
Sales tax
Sales tax is determined according to the customer’s shipping address.
VAT + duties + taxes
Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Stones Glass Bones has no control over these charges and cannot predict when and what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You can contact your local customs office for more information and pricing.
